A Bad Beginning
Before Ceibos Neighborhood could be located, a visionary man had the
idea to make Guayaquil a metropolis where the amusement parks and
good hotels are the presentation of the city. Everything starts in 1958
when Luis Andrade decided to build a good hotel for the rich and famous
people. Luis Andrade was an old man when he built this hotel.

The first problem of this hotel was the location, because in 1958 nobody
lived near the hotel. The tourist liked it because nobody bothers them.
But a estrange person who works in the hotel was planning to
assassinate Maria Perez, who was a famous singer in Machala, and she
had a concert in Guayaquil, she liked the Bim Bam Bum hotel for the
localization, One night of June in 1958 Jhon Freire decided to kill her, he
went to the suit of the singer and shot her. The man had serious mental
troubles, which were the reason for the assassination.

The hotel owns decided to close the doors, and now starts the
mystery, nobody knows who killed the singer, Saul Pico arrived to the
city and them the police gave him the investigation, the inspector Saul
Pico is new in this type of investigation, and he didnt know the city but
he starts to search who kills the singer, the inspector received many
threatening messages which make him stop the investigation.

he didnt pay attention to those messages and the killer went to the
hotel to shot to other tourist, when the killer went to the hotel the
inspector can see a mysterious man who was walking in the lobby,
Looking for his victim in order to be able to commit the crime, and so the
inspector stop investigating

But that was not the principal problem, other problems come and is the
spirit of the singer is in the hotel, and every person who arrives to that
hotel feels the presence of the singer ghost and due to this, the owner

decided to close the doors, besides the windows are broken, the people
get in to smoke or drink, and thats the reason because the hotel is
destroyed now

A lot of people who didnt believe in ghost or spirits went to that hotel to
see something and when they see a presence that touched them, the
people went away running.
