Definition of Abraham Maslow Hierarchy Needs

Motivation theory which suggests five interdependent levels of
basic human needs (motivators) that must be satisfied in a strict
sequence starting with the lowest level.

Kluas is a beggar . He need the 5 hierarchy which is physiological, safety, love, and
esteem) and growth needs (self-actualization).
Klaus met a boss( Vivian ) beside the roadside. The boss help him with provided him car,
stay, food , money .

Definition of Social Loafing

In social psychology, social loafing is the phenomenon of people
exerting less effort to achieve a goal when they work in a group
than when they work alone.

The self-serving bias is people's tendency to attribute positive
events to their own character but attribute negative events to
external factors. It's a common type of cognitive bias that has been
extensively studied in social psychology
