2016 BRIDGE SCHEDULE

Bridge will again be offered at the Club in both Open Play and Group Lesson formats.
Open Play will be held on Monday afternoons beginning June 6th from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. Open play
will also be held on Thursday mornings from 9:30 to noon, beginning August 4th (after the bridge
lesson series has concluded).
Couples Bridge will be held on Tuesdays at 4:30 p.m., beginning June 7th, with the option of going out
for dinner after play. You will play with the same partner for the evening. While registration is not
necessary, we are asking you to let Donna or Don Nelson, or Lois or Ron Litterst know if you are
interested in playing on Tuesdays, as they have volunteered to coordinate this groups communication

No advance registration is required for any of these open play times. Just come as often as you wish.
(Reminder, you do need to be a member in good standing with dues paid to play).
Carolyn Kimbell is returning to teach the Thursday morning lesson series (from 9:30 a.m. to noon)
beginning on June 9th. This lesson series will include eight lessons, and end on July 28th. These
group lessons for experienced players will be based on the Standard American system, and will utilize
pre-dealt hands based on the lesson presented. The curriculum is designed to be most effective with
regular attendance. We will not be able to accommodate a non-registered student filling in for an
absent student. To enroll, please complete the form below and send with your check (made payable
to Carolyn Kimbell (not EYC)). The cost is $100.00, which includes the lessons and all teaching
materials.
This notice on the website is for downloading only. Complete the form on the bottom, and mail with
your check to Suzanne Lisle to complete your registration. Enrollment priority will be based on the
postmark date of the mailed check and form. Do not include multiple registrations in the same
envelope. If the class fills, we will maintain a wait list and you will be notified of your status. We
