Boulanger Potatoes

Ingredients:

Potato Regular
Yellow Onion
Olive oil
Garlic
Rosemary
Lamb Stock
Black crushed Pepper
Kosher Salt
Chop Parsley

Method:

Cut the Potato With skin into 1 cm


thickness
Cut onion roundels into 1 cm thickness
Place the roasting pan on the hot plate
Heat olive in the roasting
Crush garlic and add to the pan.
Add potato and shake the pan for 2 minute(avoid potatoes sticking at the bottom of the pan)
Add stock ( just enough stock to add moisture to potato)
Add whole Rosemary ,Kosher Salt & Crack black pepper.
Lay the butter paper on the potato and Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil
Leave on the hot plate for 20 minute ( till the potato are cooked)
Seal the onion rings on the flat top grill and add to the cooked potato.
Finish with chop parsley and olive oil.
