Warrant Service in 8400 block of W 90th Ter
On 2/12/2016, just before 10:00 AM, Overland Park Police received information that an
individual with a Kansas felony parole violation warrant was possibly at a residence in the 8400
block of W 90th Ter. Officers attempted contact however they were unable to make contact with
anyone at the address.
While on scene officers were able to contact an associate to the wanted subject and confirmed the
subject was inside the residence. Numerous attempts were made to contact the subject and have
him surrender to officers; however the subject refused to exit the house.
Overland Park Police Departments Tactical Response Team responded to the address and
continued to try and convince the subject to exit the house. After these attempts were ignored
officers made entry into the house around 1:00 PM. Once entry was made the suspect surrendered
to officers without incident.
The suspect was arrested for his warrant and transported to the Johnson County Adult Detention
Center in Olathe, KS.
