Results of the Hickory Creek Subdivision 2010 Annual HOA

meeting held last night are as follows:

1. All powerpoint presentation material was reviewed and discussed in

detail and all Q&A performed.

2. Ralf Hiebl was voted to the board and replaces David Tabacchini
who has decided to step down after 9 years of service to the
association. David has done a fantastic job serving our sub!

3. A suggestion of issuing welcome letters to new residents has been

adopted and will start immediately. The welcome letter will welcome
the new residents to the sub and point them to the HOA's facebook
page in order to gather sub bylaws and other information.

4. The issue of reducing/eliminating the 2010 annual dues was

discussed (as this was raised by a homeowner) and not agreed upon,
thus the 2010 annual HOA dues remain in force.

5. A new entrance sign was discussed in detail and some preliminary

designs/sketches were reviewed. A budget of $10,000 has been
established for this new entrance sign and was unanimously approved
at the meeting. The next step is to fine tune the design and pricing
and submit for permitting.
