I served as the lead Defensive Tactics Instructor in a regional police academy for
eight (8) years, and during this period of time trained over 300 officers in
defensive tactics. In addition I served on the MLEOTC (Michigan Law
Enforcement Officers Training Council) oversight committee, which
recommended certifying or not certifying defensive tactics programs. I have
served as an Instructor Trainer for PPCT for ten (10) years, which entailed
certifying and re-certifying hundreds of Instructors nationwide. I have also trained
in excess of 500 private security persons in PPCT, as well as consulting to a
variety of law firms, relative to a variety of Use of Force cases.

approximately only 250 ITs worldwide for PPCT.
