Furthermore, it has come to my attention, that the STATE OF ******* is in fact incorporated. I
7 have to question you then, in what capacity are you operating in and communicating to me as? As
you may or may not know, the law states that as a member of a corporation, a government never
8 exercises it's sovereignty. For the record, please see: U.S. v. GEORGIA-PACIFIC CO., 421 F2d92,
101 (9th Cir. 1970).

I reserve the right to question your authority and jurisdiction at any time and after doing such, the
11 burden of proof then lies with you. You have denied me of this right. Your judgment is now null and
void by law and that, I now demand be made retroactively throughout theses cases. I demand my
12 motion to dismiss be granted immediately and that these cases be vacated and dismissed. I reserve
the right to seek a claim of damages from this court, its officers and agents.

14 Judging by the actions or lack of, by this court, I am inclined to believe that you merely operate by
either color of law or by a corporate charter, and either way have shown to have little regard or
15 respect for the rights of those you're empowered to support and defend, so with that said, I am
prepared to assist you, the court, with interpreting the law and with abiding by the law, by means of
16 sharing this motion with other public parties that claim interest and special insight into this subject
matter and for instance, a copy of this motion will be sent to your states' attorney general, your
17 states' court of appeals, the Indiana BAR, and to various news and media networks near you.
