    Members (initiate or new) in good standing in accordance with the My
    Membership, My Commitment statements and the chapter bylaws
    Full-time student by college or university standards
    Cumulative GPA as stated in the chapter bylaws
    List below the executive board positions or chairmanships, in order of preference, that you are
    interested in holding for the next year.
