CIRCULAR
Sub:- Conduct of Third Internal Examination for the Semester 1 of BTech Course for the AY
2015-16.
Ref :- Ordinance for B.Tech/BTech (Honours) dated 26.06.2015
As per clause 6.I.a(i) of the Ordinance for B.Tech/BTech (Honours), Colleges have to conduct 2
internal tests of 20 marks each. The admissions were delayed a little in this academic year (2015-16),
it was noticed that the students did not get sufficient time to get adjusted to the change from school to
professional college.
Considering the above circumstances, the Colleges may conduct an additional internal test if it is
essentially required for the students for the first semester in this AY 2015-16 as a special case.
If a College conducts a third internal test, following points are to be followed:

1. For the calculation of internal marks, only 2 tests are to be considered, best two of the
three.
2. The portion for the third test shall be from any 2 modules from module 1 to 4
3. The conduct of the third internal test shall be completed on or before 11th November
2015.
