CATALOGS

The Bidder shall submit catalogs of equipment that is offering

INSTALLATION AND TRAINING

Installation of the equipment will be in the laboratory of ITCAM.

Training in the use of equipment must have a minimum of 8 hours
for 5 people with the relevant training certificate.

TECHNICAL ASSURANCE

Two year warranty. It covers any defects in workmanship and / or

materials of the period during which a failure occur, the bidder
agrees to replace or repair at its option affected parts free of charge.
Excluded from this warranty is damage caused by misuse or
accident. The guarantee must be issued by the manufacturer or
authorized dealer brand in Ecuador.

SUPPORT

The bidder must have an office to support ongoing technical

assistance to equipment provided by him. Technical support is two
years counted from the date of signing the final acceptance
certificate delivery. This support should include preventive
maintenance of equipment without charge for ITCAM.
