Per(b) (6) , apparently there actually are homes way south of fence in Cameron Co. In the floodplain -
the lady in the letter to S1 was right...of course (b) didn't know either. The local COE RE folks knew
and so did BP...guess they never raised the issue(6) because those owners don't own land on or around
the levee.

(b) asked his team to round up info on how many homes and where they all are. He said these

residents aren't on the tax records, but nonetheless they're out there.

We'll need to engage(b) and Chief Self asap - (b) (6) on vacation.
