Here is the information regarding the PF225 project. Attached is a Right of
Entry for Construction (ROE-C) DRAFT, talking points regarding PF225, the
Department of Transportation Acquisition Brochure (required to distribute
when Gov’t acquires land in this manner) and finally the basic pedestrian fence
styles. These fence styles represent the basic requirements of the pedestrian
style fence. There are other fence styles in the field. Those styles are most
likely “proprietary designs”. We cannot show proprietary designs as possible
future fence as it must be bid on first. Those companies that own the design
will more than likely be part of the bids. These pictures are more for the
Outreach Agents to use during the acquisition work with the USACE real estate
personnel. The USACE will keep the individual sectors involved during the
fence design planning stages of PF225. (FENCE is 15 feet above ground and 3
feet below surface).
