we expect 11 Az cases; 2 cases in the Southern District of CA; and 1 Western District of Texas case against the
City of Eagle Pass to be filed beginning Monday.

I see a news report that the Mayor of Eagle Pass is “refusing” to let the fence be built. Have we had any more
definitive confirmation of this??
