The world has changed in the past 30 years.

The rapid development of new

technology has totally modified our lifestyle, which includes the way of working,
communicating, and interacting with each over.
Nobody denies the advantages of new technologies such as internet or mobile
phones. Nowadays its very easy to start communicating with a person which may
be located even overseas. The use of social media networks provides
opportunities to meet new friends whom we can meet later in real life. On the other
hand, these technologies have some disadvantages. One of them is being the
increasing isolation of the people. To notice that, take a look at the people in the
public places or public transport, especially teens. Have you notice? The most part
is with their eyes fixed on their gadget's screens. So there are several causes of
social isolation of these people. Usually they spend too much time using gadgets,
which means the reduction of communication with real people. While speaking in
real life, we are being in both contacts (psychical and physical) with our interlocutor.
That means a better perception of the dialog. Whereas, digital devices neglect
human interaction.
So, are we social isolated? And is it really that bad? Well it depends on the way we
are using new technologies and social media networks. They provide the option to
discover many community events. Therefore as long as we control the ways and the
period of time we use it, they dont cause the isolation from society.
