I am writing this letter in reference to Regina DelCampo. In her recent and
cumulative coursework towards her Masters Degree, I have had the pleasure to
serve as Ms. DelCampos preceptor. Displaying a balance of work life and school,
she has shown resilience and successful efforts in accomplishing a key goal for her
nursing career and future.
Although I have known Ms. DelCampo for a relatively brief period in time, she has
proven to be not only a valuable team player and dedicated nurse, but an exempler
of the core-nursing values of service, caring, and excellence. It is no surprise that
Ms. DelCampo has focused her education in the manner of enhancing others, as this
is reflected in her engagement with staff and willingness to teach. She has
established goals and through her hard work and diligence, gained immeasurable
experience within her current organization.
On a personal note, I also have been able to involve Ms. DelCampo in team efforts
for the Education department, taking her extra time to dedicate to team building
and supporting education. Pushing for excellence and never settling for failure, I
truly believe she can accomplish any intended goals she sets for herself.
Ms. DelCampo would truly be an asset to any organization, and I trust her entirely
as a nurse, as a human being, and as an educator. Please strongly consider her as
a candidate for any position in which she desires. If you have any further need to
