Dear Senior Project Committee,
Although Kayla Hamburg’s Senior Project is not completed, it is with great pleasure I
write this letter of success for her progress and dedication. Kayla has chosen a very
impressive Senior Project where she is working on a program that assists fami
poor economical situations and the program will help them get back to a stable
environment.
Ihave known Kayla for almost four years and it is with great pride as her teacher, director
and mentor, that I have observed an immense amount of fortitude, perseverance, initiative,
intelligence and talent flourish over her time at Santa Susana High School. She not only
excels in the academies but the performing arts, as well.
Kayla is a high achiever who ex! maturity, responsibility, reliability and organiza
beyond her years as well as possessing an extremely high level of competence as a “team
player,” in addition to passionate, caring with a love of life and a great sense of humor,
virtues not seen in many her age. She enjoys a challenge and works diligently to improve in
all areas whether it is school work or performance. In addition, Kayla displays a high level
of self-confidence as well as being very “level headed” where she can still succeed under
stress, which gives her the drive needed to succeed. In regards to her Senior Project, Kayla
has already held an art benefit to fundraise money for her program while she tied that in
for her Girl Scout Gold Award. In this art benefit there was a large display of art as well
as performances done by Santa Susana High students, The art pieces were all based on the
theme: Kindness and Equality in the Eeonomy. Kayla’s goal for her project is to stress the
importance of arts education for children of all ethnicities, economical situations or of
mental ability.
In closing, with Kayla Hamburg’s talent, self-confidence, dedication, perseverance and
intelligence, I feel very confident that Kayla’s Senior Project will be very successful,
