John Kohlmeier: I wish to thank you for your support and advice when it comes to writing. I know that I could have done better, yet I wish to apologize for not doing so. "Even though I most likely won't get my novel done in time, i'll at least have a better understanding of the how," he says.

Theblarglknight@gmail.com 28 January 2016 Mr. John Kohlmeier Senior Project Panel Committee Senior Project 2013 Santa Susana High School 3570 Cochran Street Simi Valley, CA 93063 Dear Mr. Kohlmeier: I would like to thank you for your support and advice when it comes to writing. I know that I could have done better, yet I wish to apologize for not doing so due to my private life being hectic since October. Im still slowly writing my novel, but when it comes to ideas Im currently stumped and just writing whatever would fit key characters that Ive introduced. Ive gotten the appearance of my character, most of the plot, and now theres only one problem left. That would be the motivation and conviction to do it. Earlier in the year at the beginning of senior year, I was writing 2,000-5,000 words every single day. I had gotten up to 30,000 words before I then started slowing down due to school and work. Ive learned that when it comes to a novel, having time to just sit down and be motivated to write helps a lot. Ive been talking with my friends in order to help me with that. Im going to do my best to make you proud Mr. Kohlmeier, and even though I most likely wont get my novel done in time, Ill at least have a better understanding of the how when it comes to writing novels. I wish to thank you, for it was when you were my English teacher I realized that I truly wanted to be a writer when I graduate High School. Thank you very, very much. Sincerely,
