1. Reporting to the Environment Collective

2.1 Pippa and Jess will look to appoint a regular volunteer to provide
reports to collective
2. O-Week Picnic community garden event
2.1 To be held at 3pm Wednesday 24 February
2.2 Event to include a talk on the Community Garden
2.3 Event to include a find the cucumber competition
2.4 Anisa and Zac to organise:
7.1 Coop catering
7.2 Tea
7.3 An earn (if possible)
7.4 Tables
2.5 Pippa and Jess to organise:
7.1 Kettle and cups
7.2 Picnic rugs
7.3 Invitation for the Burnley Horticulture Society
7.4 Union house marque (if possible)
3. Property and Campus Services
2.1 Primary point of contact Andrew Gay
2.2 Handles all signage for the garden
2.3 Currently seeking approval for ash felt art
4. Grass triangles outside the garden
2.1 Would be excellent to name the triangle to provide a better point of
reference for the garden on campus
5. Play with your Food
2.1 Garden produce can be harvested for Play with your Food by
participating students
2.2 Pippa and Jess to advise of the plants that can be harvested
throughout semester
2.3 Anisa to organise laminated signs to guide students on produce that
can be harvested
6. Film screenings
2.1 Regular film screens will be held throughout semester one
2.2 Pippa and Jess will choose a film and assist promoting the screens
for week 5
7. Facebook and Instragram Competition
2.1 Community garden competition taking place to showcase produce
