In my opinion , i will elect to concern for social responsibility.

I think it is very
important for our life. It will make a better world. We know that we live in the social
society. nobody cant life without social. a good social responsibility person will
simplify be accepted in society. We will hard work whole-heartly for ourr life. Its a
good personality because we will ease to build an inovative product, better market
them, and develop new product. Our bussines can evolve fastly. Based on research
a study 2014 by Nielsen revealed that, 55% of global online consumers across 60
countries say they are willing to pay more for products and services provided by
companies that are committed to positive social and environmental impact. we
could change the population to be more caring and honest the world would be much
better. Also if people can accept other people's way of life. So communicating social
will increase our sales.
A companys greatest asset is its people. They want to work at company with
positive-world mission. They will feel so fun to build best team. It will make a better
relationship and build a strong company. It also make giving contribution society.
Employee would seriously consider leaving their job if their company gave no/little
money to charity. Social responsibility wil make employee feel it is important to
contribute to their community or the wider world through work. Social good program
,likes skill-based volunteering program , are proven to effetively build leaders more
economically than university program, training ,and conferences. It will make
employee perform better when they engage socially responsible activities.
Employee will be longer to stay our company. It will be reducing replacement cost.
The social responsibility is a way of conducting business through balancing the longterm objectives, decision-making, and behavior of a company with the values,
norms, and expectations of society. Social responsibility can be a normative
principle and a soft law principle engaged in promoting universal ethical standards
in relationship to private and public corporations. Companies can demonstrate
social responsibility in a myriad of ways. They can donate funds to education, arts
and culture, underprivileged children, animal welfare, or they can make
commitments to reduce their environmental footprint, implement fair hiring
practices, sponsor events, and work only with suppliers with similar values.
