It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Ashley Ruhr for

her senior project.
Ashley took on the project of creating a website for the Dance Program. We
have been wanting and needing one for quite some time so this was an
especially functional project for us.
This involved searching for a site that wasnt in use, researching the most
functional
format, figuring out what tabs and categories we would need/want, and then
creating the content for all of those pages.
There were several nights that I ended up texting Ashley at 9 or 10pm asking
her to please add content to one page or another so that we could utilize the
website for a particular function the next day (Reagan Library CTE, County
Office, etc) and she worked same night until 1am making sure that we had
photos loaded or faculty bio updated.
The website is still not completely finished, but by the time this semester is
over, she will have uploaded all of our remaining documents, as well as video
clips. She is also linking this site to our brand new costume website (also a
senior project). This is going to be very functional for us in the future and I
am so pleased to have had someone willing to take this on.
I am very proud of how seriously Ashley took this project, and how diligently
she has worked on it, regardless of early morning hours or weekend requests.
This will prove to be a great learning experience for her.
