The letters have a maximum individual weight of 3kg.

from 5mm black acrylic sheet. The letters are mounted on 8mm rigid uPVC
backtrays. Each letter will be internally illuminated by low voltage LEDs with
power provided by transformers fitted within the Select store ceiling and wired
to a 240v supply provided by the client.
The letters are mechanically fixed to the backtray using non corrosive fixings.
The backtrays will be bonded directly to the shopfront glazing using external
quality and proved VHB double sided tape together with a glass silicon
adhesive.
Black reverse cut vinyl letters will be applied to the internal face of the glazing
to conceal the bonding agent securing the letters.
