Wendy Amundsen, or her representative, hereinafter called the Sweet Buffet Lady or SBL, will provide
the following services at the prices indicated:

Minus scheduling deposit 50% of the total by
cash, check, PayPal or credit card to reserve the
items for your date.
Balance due 14 days before pickup
Equipment Rental is when the client rents linens or other equipment from SBL.
Rental rates are based on Thursday pickup. (Wednesday pickup with permission)
All items must be returned by the Monday following the event or be subject to another weeks rental
fee.
Pickups and returns can be at my home in Monroe or meet in Bothell by appointment only or delivery/pickup for
a fee.
All items need to be put back into the labeled storage totes for return along with any packing materials.

Client understands that linens will be provided to them clean and nicely folded in storage containers
Client is responsible to steam or iron if desired.
On return, the linens must be free of excess debris and ready for us to wash.
Linens that have been damaged with tears, burns, ink, dye, marker or wax stains are subject to a full
replacement fee.
AGREEMENT:
SBL agrees to provide the agreed equipment in timely fashion as agreed upon.
The client agrees to:
Be timely with deposits and payments, including full payment and any revisions for our equipment and services
by 14 days before pickup or delivery.
Return all equipment back in storage totes and in the same condition as it was provided (boxes, storage
containers, bubble wrap etc) at the agreed location at the agreed date and time.
The client is responsible for the replacement value of missing or damaged equipment at the scheduled time of
return. Pay the replacement price for any damaged or missing item at the time of return
Client recognizes that SBL will regard unreturned and unpaid items as theft.
DEPOSIT: Fifty percent (50%) of the total fee is regarded as a scheduling deposit and is due at the time of
booking by cash, check, PayPal or credit card. Click on PayPal button my contract page and enter amount, I
can email you the PayPal invoice or you can send money to my PayPal ID
(wendy@sweetbuffetlady.com).
*Client may sign, scan & e-mail the contract or send it by mail or in-person. The signed contract and the
deposit hold the date of the clients event on the SBL calendar.
*If the event is canceled, the client forfeits this deposit.
