has more of a crunch texture..The recipe has a larger hydration then regular pizza dough but it will come together when kneading.. If you have any problem with it being stickey just add a little more flour..Remember just a little flour at a time..This dough should be moist,so please don"t add too much flour.. This will make one nice pizza..If you want more dough just double the recipe.. 2--cups all purpose flour.. 7 ounces of water.. 3/4--teaspoon salt.. 1--teaspoon yeast. Proof your yeast in the seven ounces of warm water 105 degrees fahrenheit with 1/2 teaspoon sugar..Let foam to check if yeast is active..Once yeast is active pour into flour mixture and stir with a large spoon until dough comes together.. If needed just add a little flour at a time. Knead for about five minutes only.. Place in bowl and let rise until double in size...Punch down and form this dough into pizza of your choice...Bake at 450 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.. Enjoy and God Bless Pizza! Anthony Spinelli.
