COMMENCEMENT OF
PARTNERSHIP

This partnership shall be deemed to be

effective from 01.12.2015.

DURATION OF PARTNERSHIP

No duration limit, but any partner at any time

desirous of dissolution may do so by giving
one month notice in writing.

SUCCESSION OF PARTNER

In case of death of any partner, the firm would

not be deemed to be dissolved and the legal
heirs of the deceased partner would be taken
as partner in the firm on the terms and

conditions as mutually agreed upon.

DISPUTES

The disputes or differences arising between

the partners would be decided and settled
mutually by the partners or may be referred to
an arbitrator appointed by the parties under the
Arbitration Act.

GENERAL

If the firm would be registered with the

Registrar of Firms in due course and all the
provisions of the Partnership Act, 1932 would
be applicable to the Partnership.

GOODWILL

No any one partner can use the same name for

any business without permission of all
partners.
