Attention Homeowners/Residents:
As a community, everyone residing at Nordhoff Place 1 HOA must do their part in
keeping costs down while helping to maintain the property in a safe, clean and attractive
manner. As owners, your efforts have a direct effect on your investment.
We would like to remind all homeowners and residents that the trash dumpsters are
for resident disposal of regular/daily HOUSEHOLD trash ONLY. All trash disposed
within the dumpster must be properly bagged and/or broken into smaller pieces and then
put into the dumpster. That includes, boxes, packaging, etc.
Work related, home remodeling, and contractor trash/debris MAY NOT be disposed into
the HOA trash dumpsters or left on the ground near the dumpsters. In addition, hazardous
and flammable material may NEVER be disposed of into the HOA dumpster. Please call
the city at 311 for a listing of local disposal site for such materials/items.
Large items such as furniture, appliances, etc. must be taken to the city street curbside for
pick up. Please call 311 for the FREE bulky item pick up the city provides.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY HOMEOWNER AND/OR RESIDENT THAT
VIOLATES THE ABOVE STATED IS SUBJECT TO MONETARY PENALTY IN
ADDITION TO BEING ASSESSED ALL ADDITIONAL FEES ASSESSED TO
THE HOA FOR THE REMOVAL AND PROPER DISPOSAL OF THEIR ITEMS.
