Evaluation
I.

Problems Encountered
Before the encampment, Our GSP Chairman announced to all Patrol
Leaders that we will having a school- based encampment that will held on Jan
15-17, 2016 in our school. So, two weeks before the camp all patrol leaders
announced to all girls. We expected that many girls will join this camp. As a patrol
leader, I gathered my patrol members and discussed to them what we will do in
the camp, I prepared the list that we need to bring, the menu and who is the
assigned in a particular activity.
During the encampment, I always prayed to God that he will guide,
protect, help, and blessed us. I had little problem because I didnt know how to
cook on woods but Im thankful because one of my patrol members know how to
do it. And the most common problems was our things and stuffs went missing, so
I always go to other patrol to ask for that thing and I promised to them that I will
change it later. And when we need to go to bath theres no enough water to
supply our needs and we have to time to rest. But, I and my member do our best
in every activities that we need to do, they do the task the I assigned to them,
and we just enjoyed the camp.
After the encampment, I can proudly say that we successfully overcome
all the problems and tasks that the encampment had. Sadly, when I get home I
discovered that few of my stuffs were missing. I tried to find it on the day that I
come back to school but I cant find it. As a patrol leader im grateful because
finally I will get home but our Troop Leader gives us a follow up task a documents
that we need to passed immediately. But im thankful because of this camp I meet
and get closer to other girls here in school and I learned many lessons that I can
share to others and we get home safe.

Narrative Report
Last Jan 15-17, 2016 our school Alfonso National High School had a school-based
encampment. Our GSP School Chairman RAZEL JOY P. MANLAPAZ announced to all patrol
leaders to invite our patrol members and other Girl scout in our school to joined the
encampment. We expected that many girls will join because this will be a exciting camp. In
preparation, As a patrol leader i ready myself for having a sleepless night, will be exhausted and
stressed as expected. It all happened not only for me but all the girls who joined the
encampment. But I promise to my patrol members that i will try my best and i will be a
responsible patrol leader for them.
In our 1st day, We had a Sessions that will discussed to us the History and all the
things about GSP by the help of our Troop Leaders Tita Marlyn, Tita Karen, Tita Josie, Tita
Josielyn, Tita Shiela and Tita Ydhel. Eventhough, were sleepy we tried our best to not close our
eyes and just focus and listens to all our Troop Leaders and Because of that i learned a lot
about GSP that i can say apply to myself and share to others. In the Second day, first thing on
the morning we had a exercise, We dance our Wellness lead by Lester De Luna and All SBB
and patrol leaders and That day the Ms. GSP will happened.
Our patrol representative Rachelle Lapuz back out 30 mins before the Talent
Portion and as a patrol leader a became her replacement. Even i don't have a talent, I sing
"Love Yourself" with my Patrol Member Bernadette Legaspi and our gitarist Jean Nealbert
Ladanga and joss ameer Riva. And when i need to model a recyclable or improvised dress my
patrol helped me. I do my best in modelling and i tried my best to answer the Question correctly
and succesfully Im the winner of Ms. GSP 2016And In the Evening Boyscouts and SBB
prepared a Campfire for all. And All patrol assigned to present and perform the task about our
theme " STOP THE VIOLENCE, SPEAK OUT FOR THE GIRLS RIGHT" And In the 3rd day. At
3:45 am we had a Scouts own, we attend 1st mass at 6:00 am, we had a Zumba Exercise, a
cooking and an art show and our last activity is hiking we do our best and we successfully
overcome all the activities.
Im thankful to have a great patrol members that help me to do all the task willingly,
we unite all our ideas and we open ourselves to be get closer to everyone. I been stressed and
tried but i enjoy the encampment because of my patrol members
