(3.20) A flash bulb circuit for a camera is shown in Figure P3.20. Initially both switches are
open. Switch 1 closes to charge the capacitor. Once the capacitor is charged, switch 1
opens. When switch 2 closes, the energy stored in the capacitor is discharged through the
light bulb represented by the 0.2 resistor. Find the equation of the current that causes
the bulb to flash.
