Salmon/ Crab Recipe

Ingredients ( for 6 persons)


3 tins of crabs

9 slices of smoked salmon

3 shallots
3 soupspoons of olive oil
Persley
Coriander

First off, you have to drain the 3 tins of crabs, let it drain a moment.
Then, you have to cut 18 round slices in the 9 slices of smoked salmon, like this

of this size, I used to cut it the size of a ramekin, you have to cut the smoked salmon
who lasts into chunks.
Peel and chop the 3 shallots.
Add 1 soupspoon of lemon juice to the crab.
Mix the salmon with the crab, add shallots, coriander, 3 soupspoons of olive oil,
pepper.
Mix 3 soupspoons of mayonnaise with 2 spoonful of lemon juice and add it to the
mixing ( salmon, crab, and so on...)
Put a paper to protect the ramekin, put 1 round slice of smoked salmon inside, 2
soupspoons of the mixing ( salmon, crab, and so on...), another round slice of smoked
salmon, 2 soupspoons of the mixing, and to finish, a round slice of smoked salmon.
Take a plate, and turn upside down the ramekin fast, so you could have this
You can add persley on it, a shrimp, and chives on the plate.
You have to do it 6 times, for 6 persons.
Put it in the fridge for 6 hours, it's better when it's fresh.
