Under the financial arrangement for this programme, the urban local self government and
the Temple Trust will be allowed to contribute against each others share or change the
proportion of their share together with mutual consent.

The concerned urban local self

government is also allowed to apply for raising loans towards their share as indicated in columns
3 and 7 above in addition to loan components specified in column 6 and 10 from the MUIDCL
or, as applicable from the MMRDA.
