    PRESS RELEASE

    MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS S.A., headquartered at Av. das Américas


    n.º 4.200 - Bloco 2, sala 501, Barra da Tijuca, city and state of Rio de Janeiro, registered under
    taxpayer # 07.816.890/0001-53, in response to Ofício CVM/SEP/GEA-1/n.142/2010, informs
    that the documents presented on April, 4, 2010, via the IPE system, under the title
    “Management´s Proposal”, were sent to further explain the data pertaining to Articles 10 and 12
    of Instruction CVM # 481, in compliance with CVM´s request dated March, 3, 2010.

    Additionally, the Company presented the following data through the IPE system: (i) change in
    the information listed under item 7 of Annex 9-1-II of Instruction CVM 481/09 to include charts
    with data pertaining to fiscal year 2009; (ii) changes data in item 13.11 of annex 24 of
    Instruction CVM 480/09 to include the base for calculation of compensation based on shares (iii)
    and presenting the Company´s By Laws as determined in Article 11 of Instruction CVM 481/09,
    highlighting the proposed changes to the By Laws.
