opened
the
meeting
by
explaining
each
manager
would
have
the
opportunity
to
express
his
views
on
each
topic
prior
to
any
vote.
It
also
explained
that
all
guests
are
encouraged
to
express
their
ideas
on
the
topic
under
discussion,
but
the
managers
will
be
the
only
person
voting
on
the
issues.
The
self
rating
system
was
reviewed
by
the
managers,
since
the
existing
results
has
been
tabulate
the
managers
agreed
to
make
adjustments
as
necessary.
Several
players
have
been
adjusted
by
the
managers
to
reflect
the
agreed
view
of
the
player
performance.
For
the
sake
of
this
meeting
the
original
plan
was
to
go
6
teams
in
the
Coastal
and
2
teams
in
the
Legacy
Divisions.
The
managers
voted
to
move
forward
with
a
basic
6
&
2
Combination
with
any
excess
to
be
moved
to
the
Legacy
Teams.
This
will
be
known
as
plan
A
for
the
April
1,
player
placement.
The
B
plan
will
be
for
straight
6
teams
no
legacy
teams.
If
we
have
no
legacy
teams
the
headcount
must
increase
with
the
full
agreement
that
each
team
can
have
no
more
than
2
D
rated
players,
This
will
allow
all
players
to
play
of
every
game
or
one
full
game
during
the
double
header.
In
addition
two
managers
will
need
to
retire
from
managing,
this
decision
cannot
be
made
until
April
1
when
we
will
know
the
actual
headcount
available
to
be
used.
Managers
agreed
using
plan
A
should
support
only
14
players
per
team.
On
the
number
of
players
to
be
protected
each
manager
agreed
to
5
plus
the
manager
will
be
protected.
During
this
meeting
two
exercises
were
conducted
to
test
the
process.
The
managers
agreed
to
start
the
protection
process
now.
After
the
first
results
were
completed
it
was
agreed
that
the
Jiffy
lube
team
was
identified
as
the
weakest
and
was
allowed
to
select
two
players
form
any
team
where
the
players
were
not
already
protected,
CHALLENGE
This
evening
I
received
a
phone
call
from
the
Ortho
Wilmington
team
asking
for
consideration
similar
to
what
the
Jiffy
Lube
team
received.
However,
they
are
asking
to
be
allowed
to
change
one
player
not
two.
I
am
asking
each
manger
to
respond
back
to
me
with
a
yes
or
no
vote
to
extend
this
