BNR logbook

DTI Staff will process

the application by
encoding the
information from the
accomplished BNR
Application Form
Upon Approval, the DTI
online BNRS System will
generate a Transaction
Reference Number
(TRN)

PROCESS FLOW ON BUSINESS NAME

REGISTRATION

Cashier will print the

OR generated by the
BNR System

Once logged-in the

cashier will use the
TRN to retrieve the
transaction and
process payment

Cashier will collect

payment from the
client

Client will go back to

the BN Processor

BN Certificate will be
printed

The cashier will access the

cashiers dashboard at
www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph

Cashier will deposit

BNR Fee to BOTs
account and the
DST to the BIR
account

Client receives the BNR

Certificate. Affix his
signature in the logbook

Client will proceed to

cashier for Payment

NOTE:
The BNR payment system will reflect both BNR
Fee and DST of P15.00
