Register early! If you register by April 22nd, the tour cost is $1,400 (US) and is
guaranteed for the first 50 to register. After that, the tour is subject to additional
airfare costs and availability. For registrations postmarked after April 22nd, the tour
fee is $1,500 (US) and is subject to availability and additional airfare costs. Proper
payment of the registration fees must accompany the form. $500 deposit due by April 22,
2016, balance of tour fees due by May 27, 2016.

The 73rd Annual Key Club International Convention will be held July 6-10, 2016 in Atlanta,
GA. The Pacific Northwest District of Key Club will be conducting its District tour, which
will begin Tuesday, July 5, 2016 and return Tuesday evening, July 12, 2016. Attached is the
itinerary for the tour. The tour package includes all air and ground transportation, along with
hotel room, registration fees, tour admissions, some of your meals, district pins for trading,
and many other items.
We have airline reservations for the District Tour to Atlanta, GA from Seattle on July 5,
2016. The tour will arrive in Atlanta, GA Tuesday afternoon. It is to your advantage to
register early as space is limited. Get your registration and deposit in early to guarantee
yourself the $1,400 tour fee and no additional airfare costs.
The tour package is $1,400.00 (US). The fees are payable in full NO LATER THAN
FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2016. If you wish to be included in the tour package, you must
complete the attached registration and medical release form and send a deposit of $500.00
(US) payable to PNW KEY CLUB NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 22, 2016. DO
NOT send in the registration form sent to you by Key Club International. We have our
own forms and all bills will go through our District Office. Additional information regarding
the convention and tour is available on our web site at www.pnwkeyclub.org.
This year's convention and tour promises to be lots of fun! Atlanta, GA is a great city for a
convention. All Convention activities will be in the heart of downtown. Our tour will also
include activities and accommodations in Atlanta. We will have a guided tour of Atlanta,
visit Six Flags Over Georgia theme park, have time for shopping, relaxing in the downtown
parks, enjoy a District dinner at Agathas A Taste of Mystery in downtown Atlanta and
much, much more. This will be a Key Club convention you will not want to miss.

Tuesday, July 5:
The GEORGIA ADVENTURE begins. Depart Seattle in the early morning bound for
Atlanta. Arrive in Atlanta in the afternoon. Transfer to the hotel. We will have a District
meeting of all attendees from the PNW in the District suite upon arrival. We will have a
District Dinner at Agathas A Taste of Mystery in the evening.
Wednesday, July 6:
Enjoy a guided half day city tour of Atlanta. Stops will include Centennial Park, Martin
Luther King Historic District, Atlantic Station, and CNN Center. Convention activities begin
in in the evening with Opening Session and Meet and Greet. Register for convention and
receive your credentials if you are a delegate. A light breakfast snack will be available in the
suite. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.
Thursday, July 7:
Registration and Credentials will continue and workshops will be offered during the day. A
light breakfast snack will be available in the suite. Lunch will be provided by Key Club
International. Dinner will be on your own.
Friday, July 8:
The House of Delegates will take place in the morning followed by the Recognition Session
in the afternoon. A light breakfast snack will be available in the suite. Lunch and dinner will
be on your own.
Saturday, July 9:
Convention activities continue during the day with workshops. Enjoy the Closing Session in
the evening with 2,000 of your closest friends. A light breakfast snack will be available in the
suite. Lunch and dinner will be on your own.
Sunday, July 10:
Enjoy a visit to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights followed by a tour of the
Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. A light breakfast snack will be available in the suite.
Lunch will be provided and dinner will be on your own.
Monday, July 11:
We will be spending the day at Six Flags Over Georgia. Dont forget your bathing suit and
sunscreen. Breakfast will be available in the hotel lobby and lunch will be provided at Six
Flags Over Georgia. Dinner will be on your own.
Tuesday, July 12:
Enjoy a visit to the World of Coca-Cola and Georgia Aquarium. Our fabulous GEORIGA
ADVENTURE ends as we head back home to Seattle and arrive home in the evening.
Breakfast will be available in the hotel lobby. Lunch and dinner will be on your own.
