1. How do you promote your brand?
a. Online b. Offline
A. They promote the brand online.
2. How much importance is given to your own website?
A. Quite a lot importance is given to their website. Since a lot of activities go on it.
3. How has internet helped you in recruitment solutions?
A. Internet has helped Manpower totally because internet is the base for them, it is
the starting point for them (for recruitments). So without internet recruitment is very
difficult.
4. Does your firm deal in other services apart from recruitments over the internet? If
yes, how successful are the other services with the help of internet?
A. Yes, they do deal in many other services apart from recruitment over the internet,
which are
a. Hospitality
b. Construction and many more
All the services are quite successful over the internet.
5. Have you targeted social media to promote your brand?
A. Yeah they do have social media presence like Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.
But it was amazing to note that they dont target social media to promote their brand
because they feel that their brand name itself is quite big enough for their target
audiences.

6. What in electronic media gives your firm a competitive edge?

A. Networking gives their firm a competitive edge. But apart from it they use the
same means which all the other firms are using e.g. portals.

7. What makes your brand different from the rest of the firms in the competitive
business world?
A. The Assurance which is given by them i.e. To place the right candidate at the
right time and at the right place makes their brand different from their competitors
and from the rest of the firms in the competitive business world.
8. Is co-ordination in your team still necessary inspite of well advanced technology
in the e- space?
A. Co-ordination is definitely quite necessary for their team inspite of advanced
technology, since without co-ordination it is difficult to complete the business cycle
hence it is quite necessary to co-ordinate till the end User gets satisfied (placed).
9. How much is the approximate cost of the website made by you all?
A. They were not ready to disclose the website cost.
10. Do you keep pace with the change in the technologies in the
Market? If yes, why?
A. No, they dont change their process very often with change in the technology.
They are happy with the ongoing process and technology in their firm.
