EDUCATION

In this position I was mainly an on-call or substitute teacher at the

childcare. I filled in wherever needed and worked with children from
6 weeks old up to 5 years old. In this position I prepared interactive
games and activities for the children. When being a teachers aid I
would assist the primary teacher in hands-on activities with the
children and divide the classroom between the two of us and allow
for learning activities.

As a server, I prepared and served food to the customers of the

restaurant. I also cleaned the main dining area and washed dishes.
Being a team member, I took orders and delivered food to the customers,
while offering any additional assistance that was needed, such as
cleaning.
For two hours a day and four days a week I volunteered in a kindergarten
and second grade class at Bransom Elementary School. In this position I
carried out orders from the teacher of the class. Running errands, making
copies, setting up the classroom, and preparing lessons are some
examples of what duties I performed as the student teacher.
