Dear Mr. Cansino:

SALUTATION

On June 1, I was informed that we will be having a meeting with an important out-of-town
business associate. Since Club Blue Water was known for being prestigious restaurant to cater a
business clientele I didnt hesitate to make a reservation for this important business meeting on
June 8, 2014 at 7:00 pm. I am writing this letter to strongly express my disappointment on the
service of your restaurant.
The day of the reservation my guest and I arrived promptly. However, the table was not yet ready
and we were kept waiting for one hour and eighteen minutes. This is very unusual for an
establishment with high standards and being well known for being prestigious restaurant. In
addition, intermittent inquiries were received by the maitre d' with rude indifference. Therefore,
my guest was extremely annoyed with the restaurant and I as the representative of our company.
As a client, I am very disappointed with the service we have that day. It was a wrong decision
that I had made a reservation at your restaurant Club Blue Water. The lack of efficiency and
punctuality could bring your restaurants reputation down. I hope you will look into this situation
to not happen ever again.
