UK Air-Space and Airport Closure


18 April 2010 14.30pm (Brunei Time)

Due to volcanic ash from an eruption in Iceland, UK airspace and areas of European Airspace have
been shut down until further notice. As a result of this, Royal Brunei Airlines' flights operating to and
from London Heathrow will be affected.
The following flights are disrupted:

Sunday, 18 April

o BI098 London-Dubai Scheduled to depart 0940 (UK time)


o BI098 Dubai-Brunei Scheduled to depart 2110 (Dubai time)
o BI097 Brunei-Dubai Scheduled to depart 2000 (Brunei time)

Monday, 19 April

o BI097 Dubai-London Scheduled to depart 0140 (Dubai time)


o BI098 London-Dubai Scheduled to depart 0940 (UK time)
o BI098 Dubai-Brunei Scheduled to depart 2110 (Dubai time)
o BI097 Brunei-Dubai Scheduled to depart 2000 (Brunei time)

Tuesday, 20 April

o BI097 Dubai-London Scheduled to depart 0140 (Dubai time)


o BI098 London-Dubai Scheduled to depart 0940 (UK time)
o BI098 Dubai-Brunei Scheduled to depart 2110 (Dubai time)

Customers affected by disruptions are advised not to proceed to the airport. Royal Brunei Airlines will
waive administration and change fees for customers confirmed to travel on a disrupted flight, or defer
the travel for up to one week without penalties. The waiver is valid for tickets issued up to and
including 15 April 2010, for travel up to and including 25 April 2010.

Royal Brunei Airlines will provide updates as soon as information is available. London and Dubai-
bound customers are advised to visit www.bruneiair.com regularly for updates.
