My Personal Baseline
A good inquiry to take to get started on the journey to self-knowledge:
After taking this survey, it made me realize that I need to take a deeper look at my
base.

Learning Style Inventory

Is a evaluation on how we learn.
After taking the 24 question inventory, I found that I am a
visual learner.
This is very accurate.
I also learn better by being hands on as well.

The Big Five Personality Test

This test really brought some personality traits to light that I strive to over
come and also maintain. I was able to better recognize things about myself. The results
are as follows:

I prefer traditional and familiar experiences

I am well-organized and reliable
I am relatively social and enjoy the company of others. (a lot of times I
just want to be alone)
I find it easy to express irritation with others ( I need to do less of
this)

I am not particularly nervous, no am I calm. ( I need to become more

even keeled)

O*Net Interest Profiler

This is a self-assessment career exploration tool that can help me discover the type of work, activities, and
occupations that I would like and find exciting. I was able to identify and learn about interest areas that are most
relevant to me.

The O*NET Interest Profiler measures six types of occupational interests. Below are my scores:

Realistic: 1
Investigative: 8
Artistic: 0
Social: 9
Enterprising: 1
Conventional: 0
