    It has come to my attention that your performance at work has declined in the recent weeks. We
    have been receiving complaints of repairs being completed late, and poorly done. Knowing that
    it is your job to complete these repairs in a timely matter and done properly, I am concerned
    about any issues that may be causing this performance.
    You will only be receiving the one warning. We value your knowledge and experience with golf
    and equipment. Please begin to complete your repairs on time and properly. I trust an issue like
    this will not happen again. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
