AGENCY AGREEMENT

1. I confirm my instructions for your company to sell the above mentioned property and in the event of
your introduction of a willing purchaser I will pay your company a commission of 5% of the sale
price (exclusive of V.A.T), on the date the sale is successfully concluded. These conditions cover the
sale of movables if the property is being sold furnished or partly furnished.

2. I agree to give your company sole selling rights of my property for a period of :

Six (6) months at 3.5% (exclusive of VAT).

During this period of sole agency all negotiations for the sale of my property will be done through
your company. On the termination of this period the normal agency agreement as stated above will
come into effect.

3. If the sale is terminated through no fault of my own and the purchaser forfeits a deposit or part
payment, then I agree to pay your company 10% of the sum forfeited.
