CarShare Anywhere
Customized CarSharing to Meet Your Needs

CarShare Anywhere is Community CarShares program for developers, businesses, property managers, landlords, condo boards, and housing co-ops who want to implement carsharing on their
properties. By purchasing access to an on-site CarShare vehicle, you can take advantage of the
benefits of carsharing and have a car at your doorstep. Pay upfront for a 10% program discount,
or choose to pay a monthly fee for service.

Reduce parking demand to de-congest busy lots, or to earn a municipal by-law variance and shrink
parking construction costs.
Get up to 3 points toward LEED SS Credit 4.3: Alternative Transportation - Low Emitting and FuelEfficient Vehicles.
Vehicles are named after host properties in the co-ops reservation system and online maps.
Hands-off & hassle-free: managing the CarShare system is our job, and weve been doing it well
since becoming Ontarios first carsharing service in 1998.

How it Works:
Option One

Option Two

Pay the first months fee in advance.

In subsequent months, two-thirds of the driving revenue (time and distance fees before
taxes) that Community CarShare earns on the
vehicle is subtracted from your invoice.
If the vehicle performs well, you can expect
that the monthly amount due will drop all the
way to zero.
Contract periods can be as short as six months
or up to two years.

Calculate the full monthly fee for a two-year

contract period, and take a 10% discount.
Pay an initial deposit at signing, with the
balance due at least 30 days before activating
service.
Once everything is up and running, you can
move on to your next project and not worry
about how the vehicle is performing.
