Dear Ms. Sammons:

Please accept this as my request, on behalf of Randy Crisler, and pursuant

to the Missouri Sunshine Law $610 et seq. RSMo., the following:

1. All documents, correspondence and communications, between 2004

and present, referencing or regarding body work on wrecked or
damaged ambulances including bidders and winners of said bids.
2. All documents, correspondence and communications, between 2004
and present, referencing or regarding any custom transaction detail
report or its equivalent.
3. All documents, correspondence and communications between 2004
and present, detailing accounts receivable, profiUloss and/or budget
versus actual expenditures.
4. State Auditor Tax Rate Worksheets from 2004-2009
5. All personal Financial disclosure statements for Ron Counts from
2003-Pres.

lf there are any costs associated with the collection or copying of these
documents, please advise me at the earliest opportunity. As you are aware, the
