    Infants, kids, elderly & who is already sick dangerous
    Heat exhaustion Dizziness, headache and fainting
    Heat stroke requires medical attention
    Blackouts & power outages

    What to do?
    Drink water
    Eat salty snacks (to replace minerals the body is losing)
    Reduce the time outside
    stay at home with
    Put sunglasses and sun tan lotion
