Instructions:
Pre Run: Help Mr Michael Koh/Mr James Lim to set up finishing banner.
During Run: To start time for each division runs at the starting point. Then walk to the
finishing point and pass it to the relevant teacher in charge of each division.
*Please wear a watch and listen for announcements regarding flagging off for
each division and gender.

Instructions:
Pre Run: Set up lanes according to the colour of division.
During Run: To distribute position stickers to the top 120 at the finishing point, runners
are to receive specific colours as mentioned above by divisions.

100m before finishing line: Ethanne Mae (Faith 3-1), Zoe Yew (Faith 3-3)
Instructions: To assist, stand 100m before the finishing line and announce the divisions
+ colour lanes.

Instructions: Usher students, who have finished the run, to the scorers tent to paste
their stickers.

*Before the event, please direct the students to the assembling area. (Traffic
Control)*
During Run: Direct students to the teachers to register their names and collect their
collar pins. Next, collect the position stickers from the runners and paste it on the
respective division boards, according to their houses.

*All councillors mentioned above are to be in school by 6:15 AM.
-You are NOT supposed to run for cross country.
-Transport will be provided to and from Bedok Reservoir.
-You are to come back to school and NOT leave from the venue itself.
-Councillors, please help to pack up before leaving.
