    The FIM has released the starting list for the Astana Expo FIM Ice Speedway Gladiators World Championship Final 3 taking place on March 5-6, 2016 in Berlin, Germany. Sixteen riders from eight countries including Sweden, Germany, Russia, Austria, Finland, and the Czech Republic will compete. Stefan Svensson of Sweden and Johann Weber of Germany are the top seeded riders. The FIM is the international governing body of motorcycle sport recognized by the IOC with 50 world championships across various motorcycle racing disciplines and involvement in public policy, road safety, tourism and environmental protection initiatives.

    The FIM (Fdration Internationale de Motocyclisme) founded in 1904, is the governing body for motorcycle sport
