    The depositor acknowledges that their ATM current account was opened through the Land Bank of the Philippines' ATM Payroll System for the Department of Education. As such, the depositor holds LBP harmless from any liability arising from notices, advice, or instructions from the DepEd Secretary or their authorized representative regarding transactions on the ATM account, including holds, suspensions, withdrawals, or credit reversals. The depositor also waives any rights given under Republic Act 1045 or similar laws in relation to such notices, advice, or instructions from DepEd regarding the ATM account.

    WAIVER OF RIGHTS

    The undersigned depositor acknowledges that this ATM Current


    Account No. _________________________ is opened pursuant to
    ATM Payroll System provided by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP)
    to the Department of Education (DepEd), and, thus, holds LBP free and
    harmless from liability and/or damage arising out of notice, advice or
    instruction from the Department of Education Secretary or his duly
    authorized representative in connection with ATM Current Account,
    including instruction to hold and/or suspend or withdraw therefrom, or
    reverse any credit entry thereto, and waive any right or benefit
    accorded by Republic Act (R.A.) No. 1045, or any similar law, rule or
    regulation in relation to said notice, advice or instruction.
