IT security/Cybersecurity.
Directions: As a responsible IT student, write in a sentence/paragraph what you need to do in each of the
situations described.
a. A close friend told you that he needs to borrow your cellphone so that he can send an urgent SMS to
his parents. You will. (5 points)
b. You need to check your social media posts and send an email in a public internet caf. You logged
onto both your email and facebook account. The document that you need to send over your email is
in your usb thumb drive. You will. (5 points)
c. In your email account, you received an email telling you that he is the legal counsel of a distant cousin
of yours. He told you that since you were the only surviving relative, he indicated that you will be
inheriting 2.5 million dollars. However, you have to provide him your bank account number so that he
can deposit the money and send him $2,500.00 for the legal expenses. You will. (5 points)
d. In your facebook account, your cousin sent you a PM that he has seen a scandalous picture of you. He
even provided you with a URL to click on where you can see the picture. You will (5 points)
e. Natural disasters are now a concern for IT security. Describe several ways you can ensure that your
important works/documents are safe, secure and accessible. (5 points)

Web Design
Using your preferred photo-editing software, design and print on a small bond paper the main page of
a bakeshop-Papa Toms Bakeshop. Follow the principles of web design and color theory. Attach it
onto your answer sheet. (25 points)
