    half-an-hour
    Any cluster isolation, immediate message will be
    cluster isolated later followed by detailed
    message
    If SMS portal becomes non-operational, fall-back
    plan will be verbal communication with FLE & CM
    & if required, verbal escalations & also in
    coordination with 2G NOC team.
    Site Details is send to Transmission Team to
    detect any fiber issues.
