Introduction

Ecosystem is the place that many population lives with the abiotic factor. Biotic and
abiotic factor are interact to each other and help to make the ecosystem abundant. One of the
examples is the plant with temperature. Certain types of plant have the suitable temperature
for their growth. The five factors that controls the plant growth is maximum and minimum
temperature in each day, average day and night time temperature, and the differences between
daytime and nighttime temperature.
The purpose of this experiment is to find how temperature effected plant growth, so
the readers can understand why the temperature is important in the ecosystem. The
hypothesis of this experiment is If the Eco columns are in the incubator and set the
temperature higher than room temperature ten degree Celsius, and be outside, then the Eco
column that outside the incubator will grow better. This lab report is about how the
temperature effects the plant growth.
